Requests will be fulfilled as soon as it is practical. In the event the request cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner, generally within 10 days, the Administrator or a member of the Administrator’s staff, will give written notice to the person requesting the information as to the reason for the delay.
The Village Administrator – Clerk – Treasurer is the custodian of all records, and no record shall be released without the authority of the custodian or as specifically set forth in this policy. The procedure listed below shall be followed when releasing records for copying or inspection.
• Requests may be made in person Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or on Friday from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm.
