Room Tax
Room Tax - Fees, Forms, and Permits
Pursuant to s. 66.0615, Wis. Stats, a Room Tax is hereby imposed on the privilege and service of furnishing of rooms or lodging to transients by hotel keepers, motel operators, and other persons furnishing accommodations that are available to the public, irrespective of whether membership is required for the use of accommodations. Such tax shall be at the rate of five % (5.5%) of the gross receipts from such furnishings of rooms or lodging. Such tax shall not be subject to the selective sales tax imposed by s. 77.52, Wis. Stats. (See Chapter 11).

If you are closed for the season, you will still need to submit zero reports monthly by the due date. They will only be accepted in the month they are due. You will not be able to submit it in advance.
Annual Report Form
This form needs to be filed yearly by February 1 of the next year. Please print the Annual Report Form (PDF) and fill it in as you file your monthly reports.
Unfillable form is to print and fill in by hand, make sure you print two copies to fill in. Send one to the Village of Lake Delton and retain one copy for your records.
