Lake Delton Police Department now offers salvage vehicle inspections. If you possess a Wisconsin Vehicle Title in your name that has been branded salvage and are in need of an inspection in order to have the vehicle registered, we can help.
Inspections are done by appointment only. Call (608) 254-7571 to check availability. Appointments are Monday thru Friday.
At your appointment you must provide the following items:
• Completed DOT Form MV1 (MV11 for dealers) required
• DOT Form MV2673 Major Parts Statement completed by customer
• 4 quality, color photographs of vehicle prior to any repair, including front, rear and each side
• A check payable to “Registration Fee Trust” for any costs associated
• Everything on the vehicle which is subjected to inspection must be in good working order
